We require a
Contract Administrator (m/f)
Your responsibilities
- Supporting the Project team with the Contractual work and with negotiations regarding claims and delays.
- Responsible for work regarding claims, both for and against
- Controlling and management of Claim related documents and mail
- Drafting of correspondence between the contract parties/ subcontractors
- Supervising the adherence to contractual dates and scope of supply and services (with respect to the contractual parties)
- Advising the project team in respect of contractual questions and Project risks
- Drafting of contract - and risk analysis
- Consulting the project team on matters dealing with risks, responsibilities, deadlines and conflicting contractual conditions
Your profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, legal, related areas, or equivalent level achieved through working experience
- Experience in Contract Management on large projects, ideally these projects should have been in the areas of plant engineering, rail engineering and infrastructure (including road and bridge construction)
- Flexibility to undertake business trips and complete projects abroad on behalf of our customersProfound knowledge regarding contracts and also well versed with the German VOB and standard contracts (FIDIC)
- Business-fluent in English and German, further language skills will be seen as a plus but are not essential
- You must convince us that you can collaborate together in a team, have good communication and team working skills, possess good analysing skills and lastly are self-assured
