Norbert Gaida

Norbert, a qualified engineer, specialises in contract and claims management.

Working with various clients in different industries and giving training in contract and claims management equipped him with in-depth knowledge and experience in his field. He is also familiar with contract and project analyses and strateties.

Owing to numerous international and national assignments he gained knowledge and experience with contracts subject to common law, standard German contracts eg. VOB and VOL, and international standards FIDIC and NEC contracts.

He also worked in the fields of design, tendering, procurement and project management for power plant projects and the construction industry working (power supply, water and civil construction projects).
